Paying for College
It was important hour when we went to the college to learn about financial aid. Everyone can have a financial aid but you have to be in New York for one year. There are some types for it such as grant, loan and scholarship. In grant you don’t have to pay the money back but if you are loan, you have to.
There are 7 ways to pay for financial aid. You can pay by using the credit card in online and you can pay cash if you want and there are many ways else. You have to be smart when you choose your classes and how to spend the money. The research said in QCC the price per semester.

Basic Skills
Today we attended college knowledge hour. We learned about basic skills classes and English 101. I guess now I can answer all your questions. Basic classes are those classes that we take it if we we don't pass the CAT-W placement test. 56 is the minimum score to pass the exam. It will take one year to complete basic skills classes. it depends what level are you in. the highest that fastest. If you don't have financial aid you will have to pay $195 for four credit. Once you pass your basic skill classes you are required to take English 101. After that you will have to take English 102, it's more about literature, poems and non-fiction stories. i recommend you to ask David Rothman some questions if something is unclear to you.

ASAP
Today I listened another lecture on CLIP college hour given by Najwa who talked about ASAP. It means QueensBorough Acceierated Study assists students in learning associate degrees within three years by providing a range of financial, academic and financial supports. Although this program provides a lot of benefits for students, I don't think this would be a good program for me because it accepts all major except Pre-Clinical Nursing, Nursing and Early Childhood Education Program. I am interested in Nursing and so, I cant get help from this program. For more information, students can go to W-100 or visit their website.
